How to SignUp?
I have already registered an account. Now how do I login?
I forgot my password. What should I do?

How do I make the initial deposit?

Important: Store and keep ALL your Login data (password, email address, initials, and security phrase) because 10MDC will NOT send these data via e-mail!!!

• Choose your Online payment system from the dropdown menu and enter your account number in the next input field.
• Choose your initials (2-3 upper case letters) and enter your email address into the required field. In the input field below you enter your security phrase.
• Please check that your email address is correct und write down your PIN number! If you don’t receive a confirmation mail, please check your Spam Folder!!
• Enter the PIN code that you received from the confirmation mail into the required field and press the Login Button.

You are now registered at 10MDC. To activate all functionality in your member account you have to make an initial deposit. Without this deposit your account is NOT fully activated. Without a deposit, your account will be automatically deleted after one week!!!

• Go to the 10MDC home page, enter your login data into the required fields at the top and click Login. Example login data: 10MDC Account: CG123456789 and Password: ******.

• On the next page enter into the required field your initials and your PIN from the e-mail previously sent to you and click the "LOGIN 2" button.

Go to the index page at www.10MDC.com and click on the link Forgotten password? and follow the online instructions. Our system will then send you a new password automatically.

Important: Don't send an email to Support!!

Please send an e-mail to Support with the following information; 10MDC Account number, e.g. CG123456789 and ask about your PIN.

First check the Spam folder in your email account and see if the e-mail is there. If you have not received your PIN code by e-mail, please add the following PIN into the required fields; 000 000 000. When your registration is complete please send an e-mail to our Support with your registration email and your 10MDC Account No so we will send your PIN code to your e-mail account.

When logged in and at Your Account Page, click on the link 'Make your initial deposit to activate your member account' and follow the on-screen instructions.
