User Agreement and Terms of Use of 10MDC |

•This Agreement establishes the rights and responsibilities
of Internet users who have expressed willingness to become customers of 10MDC.
• The agreement is deemed bilateral and regulates the web site's payment services to the user without binding the latter to make any investment. |

The User's Personal Data |
|
|
• Any user can apply for an anonymous membership at 10MDC because the linked
online payment system account (C-Gold, Liberty Reserve, PayPay, etc....) has already been verified.
• 10MDC member has the right to change his personal data. |
|
|
Use of 10MDC accounts |
|
|
• The Account is a personal user area, which functions will differ depending on
the user's personal data.
• The 10MDC member is fully responsible for the state of his/her account,
access to it, and the usage of it.
• 10MDC is not responsible for any premeditated and unpremeditated use of
the account for illegal transactions (money laundering etc.).
• By registering with 10MDC, the members accept not to use it for unlawful
purposes and not to perform any transactions or operations that can result in any kind of damage to 10MDC.
• In case of any serious offence against our regulations - or if any illegal
activities are committed - the respective account(s) will be blocked and the assets confiscated until the circumstances
are clarified and deemed lawful and not in breach of the agreement. |

System transactions |
|
|
• By registering a 10MDC account, the member is fully responsible for all transactions
performed in the system on behalf of his account.
• By signing up to become a 10MDC member you acknowledge the right of 10MDC to establish
any internal cross-rates for currencies and metals in which your funds are stored as money electronically.
• Only the user - and nobody else - is responsible for any migration of his funds.
• Customer has no right to demand the cancellation of a transaction done by him in 10MDC. |

Termination of the Agreement |
|
|
• If the member account has no money transaction for 3 months and no balance is
available on the account, the user account will automatically get deleted by the system. A renewed registration
at 10MDC is possible at any time.
• 10MDC reserves the right to block the member account in case of unlawful or
suspicious activity - until the activity has been clarified and deemed lawful and not in breach of the agreement. |
